We can get a return or exchange started for your unworn product within 20 days of your delivery date.
All items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their barcoded individual black bag
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Refunds are issued to your original form of payment only
All accessory items, including masks, are final sale and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
Simply start your return by clicking “Start A Return” to receive a QR code or label and swing by your local UPS/FedEx.
Orders under $75 will be charged a $7.99 stocking fee. All orders over $75 will be free of charge.
Exchanges or returns for store credit all fees are waived.
