VTG 12 MOS Tip Top Kids Full Circle Pageant Christmas Dress Red White Lace USA

Fabulous vintage, USA made, shimmery red, white lace dress. It has silver lame thread weaved thru (see pic #11) smaller top layer of lace. Very subtle but adds a shimmer. Dress has 4 layers (very puffy in person).

CONDITION: Near Excellent but does have very minor flaws. Washed, clean, no stains, no bad smells.

FLAWS:

1. Some white beads missing on front bottom of skirt (see pic # 11). Some beads loose also. Not noticeable but if for pageant dress, may want to address.

2. Inner most layer has small hemline seam pull off. 6 hand stitches would fix . See last pic. I can fix if you like prior to shipping. Just lmk

CHEST: Across front armpit to armpit = 10″

LENGTH: 16″
